Ways we share information

Every child has an allocated keyperson who will observe them and plan next steps for their learning, sharing these with families.

A detailed handover is given at collection times so that you know what your child has been up to during their day at nursery. We will share wow moments and highlights of the day!

Throughout the week our team will post messages, photographs and observations through our communication app, FAMLY. These posts will show you all the learning opportunities, activities and experiences that your child has been taking part in.

We also use this app to keep you updated about how your child’s learning and development is moving forward, any nursery news, dates of events, notices and your invoicing details each month.

Developing great relationships

Sharing information is a two way process and we really encourage families to send us photographs, let us know what you have been doing and if you have any news or things to share from home, via the FAMLY app.

Developing relationships with our families is one of our highest priorities. Working with families provides children with the best opportunities for learning and development.

We offer various parent events throughout the year, including garden parties, stay and plays, Christmas decorating evenings, parents evenings and workshops. We plan these at various times so that all parents have the opportunity to attend.

We value the diversity of our Evergreen family and do our best to learn about, and value all festivals, celebrations, languages and family experiences.
