We value every member of our team and the skills and experience they bring. We have a robust progression framework that supports where each person starts from, where they would like to go and identifies how we can help them to get there through mentoring, training and support systems.

Twice a year we come together as a team for development days. These days provide everyone with a day full of team building, developing new knowledge and skills, trying new experiences and working together to make decisions, changes or sharing new ideas.

Working at Evergreen gives people the chance to observe and learn from a team with many years of experience, knowledge, skills and expertise. Made up of professionals, teachers, practitioners, parents and learners, our team has life and career experience that they love to share.

We spend time together as a team with many social events throughout the year. We also enjoy celebrations with our children and families.

Our nursery owners are an integral part of the team and are fully invested and involved in ensuring Evergreen is a happy and fulfilling place to work.
